In the event of a conflict between the general bonus conditions here and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on cb998 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and competition as published in the cb998 sportsbook. cb998 offers pre-match and in-play betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey. 7.1 Closure by cb998

cb998 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; account inactivity; or a regulatory or compliance requirement. Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, cb998 may withhold the account balance pending investigation.

7.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request closure of your cb998 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary closure, cb998 will confirm your identity, settle any open bets, and process any eligible withdrawal of your remaining balance to your verified payment method. Voluntary account closure requests are typically processed within 3 business days.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. 7.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. cb998 may apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee of ৳200 to inactive accounts after 12 months of inactivity, subject to a minimum balance being available. Players will be notified via email before any inactivity fee is applied. Once an account balance reaches zero, the account may be permanently closed. You may reactivate an inactive account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

8.1 Platform Availability

8.2 Scope of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cb998's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of cb998 services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. cb998 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
